Absolutely. The image analysis in MDacne is based on the work of deep learning and computer vision engineers analysing more than 100,000 images of people with acne. Comparison tests with human dermatologists showed that MDacne's software-based acne assessment is as good as or better than the assessment of human dermatologists looking at the same pictures.
