I don't consume any dairy at all because it triggers my acne. Do I get enough calcium now?

Hi, Gunnar. There are plenty of non-dairy foods that contain calcium. Some good examples are almond milk, canned fish (sardines, salmon) soybeans, soy products (tofu) beans, and some leafy greens especially kale.
