How do I get rid of eczema without accidentally inflaming my acne?

Hi, Meg. If you have eczema and acne you need to careful and not use steroids on the face. In most people with facial eczema will improve with oil free moisturizers.
A non-steroidal anti-eczema cream, i.e. elidel or protopic can also help. For cleanser, I would choose cetaphil that is recommended for both eczema and acne. 🙂
