My acne has changed tho I only get internal ones now, they are very painful but it has been breaking one at a time which is so much better than getting 3 or 4 at once. I received my second month supply but I still had plenty left of the creams and soap but I wish there was more of the capsules to last longer so that I can order everything at the same time
